Make a little room
Sit or stand comfortably somewhere safe. You may keep your eyes open. You do not need a special posture or a particular feeling.
Christian prayer is turning toward God: in thanks, need, confession, silence, and love.
Sit or stand comfortably somewhere safe. You may keep your eyes open. You do not need a special posture or a particular feeling.
Read Matthew 6:5–13 or Psalm 23 slowly. Notice what the passage says before deciding how to respond.
Thank God for one thing. Name one concern. Ask for help to do what is right. A short, honest prayer is enough to begin.
Rest for a moment. Do not force a message or treat every passing thought as God’s voice. Reflect carefully on what you have read.
Choose one practical act of kindness, forgiveness, or responsibility. Prayer can shape what you do next.
God, I am here. Thank You for the good I have received. Help me with what is hard. Show me how to love You and my neighbour today. In Jesus’ name, amen.
“Amen” expresses agreement or affirmation. You can also speak in your own words. You may pray with your eyes open; never close your eyes while driving or doing anything that needs attention.
Choose a realistic moment in your day. Read a little, pray honestly, and take one loving action. If your mind wanders, return without judging yourself.
Always free. Always ad-free. Sustained by willing hearts.
