Jesus teaches us to ask for daily bread. Ordinary needs belong in prayer. The word “our” also turns us toward the needs of neighbours; this is not only a prayer for private comfort.
A question to sit with
Whose daily needs can you help meet?
Pray
Father, provide what we need today. Help me receive with gratitude and share with generosity. Amen.
